Program Overview
Build confidence with your own oral surgery cases, in your own clinic, with an experienced mentor beside you. Each month for three months, your mentor joins you in person for a day of one-on-one supervision, supported by weekly video case reviews and phone and text support in between, so you can grow your knowledge and skills in wisdom tooth and surgical exodontia cases safely and predictably.

Rescheduling in-clinic days
You may reschedule an in-clinic day with at least 1 weeks’ notice in writing. If a patient cancels, does not attend, or a case cannot proceed on the day for clinical reasons, your mentor will continue to support you for the other patients booked in on the surgery day.
Non-attendance
An in-clinic day cancelled with less than 1 weeks’ notice, or not attended, is forfeited.
Inability to fill up a full surgery day
If you are not able to fill a full day of surgery, your mentor can provide you with private tuition on surgical technique on a model and via other educational content to ensure that you still receive value for your time.
If we need to make changes
In the unlikely event your AAOSE mentor needs to reschedule an in-clinic day, we will arrange a new date and extend your program if needed.
